Introduction

Our partners can provide short-term compliance arrangements for all types of financial companies that take space with Bourne Financial.

They will provide this cover on a temporary basis, pending members receiving their own regulatory clearance.  This enables members to start their business in our offices at 4 Broadgate without the initial lead times they could usually expect.

Our partners can provide the following covers to suit different types of business:

• Hedge Fund Cover

  • We can provide short-term arrangements for a limited number of Hedge funds.  Subject to approval and close monitoring a hedge fund will be able to conduct their business, pending receipt of their FSA registration, on a temporary basis, under the cover of one of our above partners.

• Investment Trader Cover

  • Our partners can offer short-term cover to Investment Traders on a personal basis.

• Private Equity Finance Cover

  • The varied nature of Private Equity Funds means that our partners will design short-term cover arrangements specifically for members who require it.

• IFA Cover

  • Our IFA umbrella, provided by a well respected a city based IFA regulated by the FSA, can cover Independent Financial Advisors, including mortgage brokers.

• Corporate Finance Cover

  • Sturgeon Ventures are closely involved with Bourne Financial and will be on-site to support members.  They can provide full cover on the temporary basis detailed above, pending a member’s receipt of FSA registration.
